Meet the Directors

Sam Hales

Liam Hanagan

Sam runs all of the day to day delivery of works for H Surfacing and has worked in the industry for over 15 years. Having worked up from a Young Labourer to Foreman and then to Director he has undertaken every aspect of surfacing works and is well respected for his ability to deliver a superb standard of work. When not working Sam enjoys fishing and spending time with his children.

Liam heads up the commercial side of H Surfacing and is a qualified Quantity Surveyor by profession. Prior to this Liam spent spent many years in the British Armed forces. Outside of work, Liam enjoys mountain biking, powerlifting and watching Gillingham FC.
